The tourist tax is included in the price of the night.
A deposit of 300.00 Euros in cash is required upon arrival for each reservation.
The deposit is intended to cover damages and will be returned to the guest upon departure if the guest has not caused any damage.
This property does not accommodate bachelor, bachelorette or similar parties.
Guests are not allowed to make noise between 23:00 and 07:00.

Pet Rules
One pet is allowed.
Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
Pets must not be left alone in the house without supervision.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, including in the yard.
Pets must be treated against fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
Guests are liable for any damage caused by their pet.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 60 days before arrival.
- If cancelled 60 days or more before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 300,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
